Phoenix Display International, Inc. (PDI) Obtains Exclusive Rights to Sell A-Max Kepo Display, Ltd. LCD Modules and Establishes Chicago, Illinois Sales Office

TEMPE, Ariz., Jun 20 -- Today, PDI, a leading provider of display products and systems, announced that it has signed licensing and manufacturing agreements with A-Max Kepo Display, Ltd of Dong Guan, China. Under those agreements, PDI will become the exclusive channel in the United States for standard and custom LCD products manufactured by A-Max Kepo Display. PDI will also have the right to sell those products through its world-wide channels. The agreements provide PDI with access to a full suite of standard display products that will round out the company's existing standard product portfolio.

In conjunction with the agreement, PDI has established a sales office in Chicago that will be led by Joe Sidoryk, founding member of PDI. “A-Max Kepo Display has all of the right attributes to service the U.S. Market,” commented Mr. Sidoryk. “Located in the low cost region of Dong Guan, China, A-Max Kepo Display has front and back end glass processing and full module assembly under the same roof. This translates to lower cost solutions, a better “system” understanding of the module and reduced lead times for prototypes and production. We are extremely excited about the opportunity to work with them.”
